Asked to change table as there was one available at balcony-Was told yes to be told 5 min later that is booked-Was a lie as no one was sited there. Staff were just not bothered at all. “Rooms are gorgeous and immaculate, reception staff and door staff are phenomenal. Location brilliant. If your only staying in this hotel I would recommend but I would recommend not using the bridge restaurant or snooker table bar, service extremely slow and in experienced for such a high rated hotel and prices it charges. We ate in the bridge restaurant and my friends chicken was raw, we waited a very long time on drinks every time we ordered and we ordered wine and mojitos - worst mojito I’ve ever seen.
